| note: | The clinic gets busier every year. Some times we get too busy to help everyone before the clinic closes, so try to get here as early as you can. If the clinic is very busy and you arrive near closing time, we might have to ask you to come back another day.
Did you know that most of the people behind the clinic’s reception desk are volunteers? Without them, there would be no Hassle Free Clinic. So if, once in a while, things don’t go exactly the way you expect, remember our volunteers are giving their time freely, and doing whatever they can to make your visit as Hassle Free as possible. Not all services are available on a drop-in basis. For some things you must make an appointment first. Our programs and services page has the details. |

| faq: | Please have a look at our frequently asked questions (FAQ) page and other pages on the clinic’s site before you call us—your question might already be answered. |

| e-mail: | We do not book appointments or send out test results by e-mail. And, because of spam, we can’t respond to your questions by e-mail. The best way to get your questions answered is to speak directly to a counsellor at 416 · 922 · 0603. |

| comments: | We welcome your suggestions about how to improve this website. If you have comments about the clinic website, please send them to webmaster@hasslefreeclinic.org. Please do not send questions or comments about the clinic to the webmaster—he is a volunteer who looks after the website only. Please call the clinic instead at 416 · 922 · 0603. |
