    • Doors open and ‘numbers’ put out at 9 a.m. Intake begins approximately 9:40 a.m.  People are seen on a first-come basis.
    • When our capacity for the day is reached, no more numbers can be given out.

    • Doors open and ‘numbers’ put out at 3 p.m.  Intake begins approximately 3:40 p.m.  People are seen on a first-come basis.
    • When our capacity for the day is reached, no more numbers can be given out.

When we’re open

Monday:        10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tuesday:         4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Wednesday:  10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Thursday:        4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday:           10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Please note that we see clients on a first come first served basis during our STI drop-in times, along with booked appointments.

HIV testing is always by appointment only.

The women/trans clinic is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Please check our holiday schedule.

  • Women/trans clinic policies

    Most of the women/trans clinic’s programs and services can still be done by appointment. Please call the clinic during the open clinic hours to set up an appointment. However, you do not need an appointment for any of the following:

    • STI drop-in on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. – until full.
    • STI drop-in on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. – until full.
    • You can be tested or treated for STIs at this time.
    • You cannot have an HIV test at this time without an appointment.

    The emergency contraceptive pill (ECP) or “morning-after pill” is available anytime the women’s clinic is open. You do not need to call first to make an appointment, but we prefer it when you do.

    Generally, we do not release results over emails. With Client’s permission, we may communicate via email for client to get in touch with Hassle Free Clinic.
