    Notice Regarding Your Test Results

    Background Recently, the Public Health Laboratory began to enter test results into the Ontario Laboratories Information System (OLIS). OLIS is an information system that allows doctors to see medical laboratory test results on-line, by searching by Health Card Number. Health cards are not used for most tests done at Hassle Free Clinic, so test results

    Pap Test Guidelines

    No pap test until someone is 21 years of age. If pap tests are normal, they should be repeated every 3 years, not annually. Please see our Pap Test & Colposcopy InfoSheet for more information.

    Cancer Care Ontario Notice

    Please be advised that Cancer Care Ontario (CCO) has started sending correspondence without patient permission to individuals in Ontario who have had pap smears after July 1, 2013. They are initiating a Cervical Screening Program where they will be mailing your test results and other correspondence to the address associated with your Ontario Health Card.
