    Notice Regarding Your Test Results

    Background Recently, the Public Health Laboratory began to enter test results into the Ontario Laboratories Information System (OLIS). OLIS is an information system that allows doctors to see medical laboratory test results on-line, by searching by Health Card Number.     HPV Vaccination

    Interested in Gardasil?  Hassle Free currently doesn’t offer HPV vaccination, but Gardasil 4 & 9 are available at the Bay Centre for Birth Control. Gardasil 4 is available for $172.30 per dose, and Gardasil 9 is available for $186.10 per dose. For more information on HPV, check this link.
